Ferry to MK

How early do boats start running from FW to MK? Early enough for rope drop, or should we drive?

We made it for rope drop. No problem! They start early.

The ferry to MK starts running 1/2 hr before park opens. For us that isn't early enough! What we do is catch the ferry to the CR. ( It starts running very early--I'm thinking around 6:30 am?) From the CR we then board the monorail to the MK. If you want to walk from the CR to the MK you can do that also.

we have several adr that start at 8:05, would we be better/quicker taking the bus. We will be in a cabin and I have reserved a golf cart, so we only need to board the external bus

There is no bus to the MK. If the ADR is at a park that has EMH you can board the bus an hour before it opens to make ADR. If it's at a resort, your best bet is to drive yourself.

At the Settlement Depot, you can get on the Orange Bus that goes to WL. Then at WL you get on the MK bus.

We did this for the Kingdom Tour.
