Ferries from MK to WL, WL to FW, FW to MK

I'm planning to leave MK for a lunch reservation at Whispering Canyon, then head to Fort Wilderness for a splash in our pool before returning to MK. How much time should I schedule for the entire break from the park, assuming we take an hour for lunch and 90 minutes for swimming? I have no idea how long it takes to get from the Fort Wilderness ferry dock to the Meadow pool, for example.

The boat ride takes about 15 minutes, you could plan for a 15 min wait assuming you roll up as the boat is leaving. Then you'd walk to the bus stop and bus to the pool, maybe 15 mins. Being generous, I'd allow 4-4.5 hours from leaving MK to arriving back at the MK gates.

Just as a little note the boats are called launch boats. If you arrive at the MK docks looking for a ferry boat you'll arrive at the TTC.
