Fellow drivers to WDW, please keep us posted about your gas prices and availability.

We traveled to Orlando from 8/20-9/3.

On our way back on 9/3, the Hess station across from Downtown Disney was 2.99. I noticed that some other stations on International Drive/Kirkman area (near Universal) was 2.95/2.99

In Georgia, gas was the cheapest at 2.70.

In NC, gas was 3.29

In VA (Fredricksburg) gas was 3.19

In NJ (near Philadelphia) gas was $3.29

I never thought I would say that Disney onsite prices were cheaper than home!

Not going till November... but...

gas was $2.63 in Shreveport, LA on Saturday, but $2.99 along I-20...

here in small-town East Texas our prices have dropped over the last few days from $2.88+ to $2.72 today.

No shortages, even this close to the hurricane landfall and inundated with refugees/victims!

I was told that 50% of the gulf of mexico refineries would be online today, the U.S. will only be about 10% below it's normal production. The price of oil is also back to pre-hurricane level.

My DH is on disaster relief and daily drives b/n Baton Rouge and Hammond/NO area. He said gas is around $3, but they haven't had trouble finding it.

....my big worry is the condition of I-10 between Layfayette, LA and Alabama coast. Yikes!

Just back a few days ago. Here is what we saw, when we left on 9/6 gas was $2.99 EVERY stop that we made along I-75. On the way home, 9/17 it was no more than $2.75. This is coming from No. Indiana. If you want specifics PM me.
