February Weather

We are looking to visit Disney the first full week of February next year. Is this time of year too chilly/cold? Thanks.

There's no telling what kind of weather you will get in February. You could have days in the 80s with cool mornings or you could have mornings near freezing with afternoon highs in the 40s. And both of those scenarios could happen in the same week you are there.

My advice is: pack a little of everything!

Second week in March last year was very crowded. Even on the 50 degree day when it was pouring rain the entire day. I thought that would be the best day to visit the MK (we were prepared for the weather), but it was just as crowded as the other days. No one was scared off my the weather.

Just like the other Dis'ers have said: It's hard to judge Florida weather. We went 3 years ago in February (I was 5 mo. pg) and I wore long wind pants and short sleeve shirts. It was a bit crowded (we went during Mardi Gras - we live in La.)...but not too bad.

We went Feb. 5-9, 2005. The weather was great. Mid 50s-mid 70s. One small rain shower. MK was packed at least partially due to Mardi Gras. Other parks were fine. Like others have said, pack something for cooler temps just in case. The pic below is from that trip. It was taken about 10am. You can see we were wearing jackets. We later wrapped them around our waist when it warmed up.
