February or April ?

I'm thinking of planning a short trip during one of my DD's school breaks this year. I can either go during President's weekend in the middle of February or during her spring break in the middle of April. As far as crowds and weather, which month might be better. Also, do you think I'd stand a better chance at the LF platinum suite upgrade during one month over the other? I'm trying to avoid Easter week in March as I know that it gets very crowded then.

I would think Feb. for President's week would be better chance of upgrade than spring break time
