We booked sph rooms for my parents and my dh, and 2 ds. This will be our second Disney cruise. We cruised on the Wonder in March.

Hi Chowboys!

That's great! I thinked we "talked" on another thread. We have a SPH room too!

A cruise to the sunny Caribbean would sure look good today since its snowing outside! Have about 4 inches and are expecting another 2-4 inches. I HATE winter weather! Oh well, its a good time to start baking my Christmas cookies and candy!

We are also booked! I was eagerly waiting for the 2009 rates and booked the day they came out.

This will be my 3rd DCL cruise but my children's first. First one was a couples' only cruise, the second one was a sisters' only cruise and finally...this one the kids will get to experience DCL magic!!

Oh well, I guess we won't have to worry about getting a poolside chair!!! The ship is going to be ours! My DD's are going to be so happy (me too) to get all the characters to themselves!

That's true! Poolside is where I spend most of my time!!!!

I've already started researching St. Croix. I'm thinking about doing a horseback ride through the rainforest and beach with Paul & Jill's. Check out www.paulandjills.com. Of course, I'm anxiously waiting to see what excursions Disney will have on St. Croix.

hey, I'm Julia, but you can call me marla if you want, that's my nickname I got in high school during frosh year. I'll be on this cruise and I'll be 20, I'm 19 now, my 21st birthday will be the wednesday after we get off the ship in 2009 so I am trying to talk my dad into a back-to-back cruise on the magic or a cruise on the magic and then a cruise on the wonder, it might work we will see,we had to book this cruise, since it was around my birthday. I'll be going with my dad. My mom doesn't like vacations, I'm paying for this trip too, since my dad will have taken me on 5 disney cruises. I'm going in this summer on thje magic too so it will be fun. But yeah I'll be on this cruise.

Hope the holidays have been good to all of you....I've been working like crazy(used to be a SAHM until last October when I joined the Build a bear Workshop staff at a store that just opened near where we live) and am looking forward to the weekend so that I can be with my family.

Hi! I'm Jennifer and plan on joining you. This will be our third Disney Cruise, 2nd time on this boat! I will be traveling with my DH and our two girls who will be 5 (and 4 days :LOL) and almost 2 years old. We are really looking forward to it!

Only 13 more months gang!

Well, I caved in and booked us a stay at WDW for this summer. I know it will be hot and crowded but I don't care, I'll be at WDW and at Wilderness Lodge for the very first time.

As for the cruise, well I try not to plan too much. I'm so obsessive about my Disney related vacation that I'm trying not too plan and try to relax. We'll see how long that holds up!

Hi from the Story family! We were going to go on the March 1, 2008 cruise, but decided to postpone to next year, so here we are.

I was on the 3/1/08 thread for a while, since there were four of us repeat Disers/cruisers from the same 07 trip. I'm hoping some of them will rebook again for our trip in 09. I was just thinking how I was getting more and more depressed as they are chatting on the boards about packing, and excursions, so I'm glad I found you guys to start chatting with too.

I'm excited to have a different port stop on this one, since this will be our 3rd Eastern. I know - we're spoiled! Can't wait to see what the options are for St. Croix and compare the beaches!

Brief 411 on us - we live in suburban Washington DC, and DH and I both work downtown. Him for one of the government agencies, and me for a law firm in the professional development (aka attorney training) department.

DS is now 7 and will be entering 2nd grade and turning 8 in September. DD is turning 5 this March and will enter Kindergarten this fall.

glad you could join in on this cruise, I see you cruised before in march, I have always wanted to go in march and this cruise I will be, and only a couple days before my 21st birthday so it will be fun, now I need to start talking my dad into booking a 4 day after this to be on a ship for my birthday lol. You live in Washington DC, I went there for the first time last month and really like it
