February 2025 W.I.S.H. - Give yourself some love

I am happy to host the third week of March.

I cleaned most of the morning, did my bills, and most importantly, I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I am doing well with my eating, but it’s clear that I need to do something to boost my metabolism.
 
There was a great internal debate last night whether self-care would be taking today off or powering thru to finish the boxes in the second bedroom. Powering thru won and I’m down to the last box. Next comes weeks of organizing.

I’ve gotten a couple servings of bone broth in me and some fruit. I realized yesterday I wasn’t taking my allergy meds so restarted them as well. Hopefully this will help me rebound.
