for picking up the hosting job, 
. I was slim in my youth, could eat whatever I wanted and never exercised. This lead to pretty much mostly bad habits to set me up for the rest of my life. Weight went up and down a bit after babies. Then after ending up on my own - stress and comfort eating arrived - and I enjoyed every mouthful
