Everywhere I look I see FE gift ideas so I guess that's a sign.

We hope to get a port upgrade so I'm not clear how we would confirm our stateroom number once on-board.

Currently we are in room 6616. Please count us in

I have been trying for several days to book excursions for the first Cabo day, the 15th, but today is the first day that it actually gave me that option. Called the CC number for help and the CM said they couldn't even book that day yet but I was finally able to book it on the website, keep trying, it will work eventually.

opps it's the 16th. I have found some but am I missing something this is so frustrating How do you tell which excursions are available which dates

I just tried to book them and it popped up the available dates and times.

Maybe I just got lucky...if you get locked out trying to make changes they told me to log off and wait 30 minutes then I could try again. Did that a couple of times and it finally worked. I was able to book Dolphin kids on the first Cabo day, it was booked up for the second Cabo day. Good luck!

Sorry, it is so frustrating when it doesn't work, I have been having problems with the DCL website for months. I just logged into my reservation under my cruise plans where you have the choice to book excursions, spa, palo, etc. Chose "book excursions" then it brought up the list of excursions. Chose the one I wanted and the family members, then the next screen brought up the possible dates and times, which I was then able to confirm. It took me about 2 hours and several tries to get it to actually work without locking up however.. I am thinking it was just a lucky glitch that I was able to get in and get them booked tonight because the CM I spoke to on the phone said they were still working on it and it might not be available for a few more days. Basically they told me that the info is online but it comes and goes. Makes no sense to me, but I am technology challenged anyway. Hope it works for you soon.

I did get one Feb 16th show up but until you select members there is no way of knowing which dates are going to be available....
I give up. I really wanted to see if I could reverse our excursions so that we have them booked for the 1st time we are there and then we may feel more comfortable planning a beach day on our own for the 2nd day.

Anyone venturing out in Cabo on your own? Where are you going?

I just had to keep selecting family members in various combinations until I got it to work. Hope it works out for you! We will probably venture out in Cabo on our own, go to Medano Beach and wander around town, it sounds pretty safe. I did what you were hoping to do, moved the excursions to the first day so we have the 2nd day open for exploring on our own. I am a little leery of the whole process, since I have heard of people making changes only to have them disappear from the website.At this point, I will just be glad to get away from the foot or so of snow on the ground here and be in the warm sunshine whether I am on the ship or on an excursion, can't wait. I've been checking since the itinerary changed and haven't been able to book anything for the first day in Cabo either.
However, I wouldn't even know yet about having two days in Cabo were it not for DIS boards or just happening to check my reservation. Haven't received an email or letter from DCL. So hopefully the excursions will become available (consistently) soon and we'll get the jump on the rest of the passengers!

We did that in Bahamas last year! It was AWESOME and definitely a once in a lifetime expense

Thanks for organizing the FE, Tania! I just cancelled 2 cabo dolphin encounters for our 2nd day in Cabo if anyone is interested, trying to get those reservations finished up. Now to think about what I need to pack.

I'm unable to book anything for the 1st Cabo day either..... ran up to my parents at lunch and tried since you all mentioned it.... and have been playing around for over an hour now that I'm at home..... no go.

Maybe it's just certain excursions that are working so far? The boys and granpa want to do sports fishing and the rest of us are just looking for whale watching...... I did change our dolphin day to the 2nd stop so will be praying we don't get stuck on the boat due to waves.

I hope it works soon.... I don't want to spend my time on day 1 in the excurstion reservation line with the the hundreds of people (not on dis) who will probably have no clue of the change until they arrive......

I feel better that I'm not alone! I tried again just now. Tried several excursions and none for day 1
Feeling good about a family beach day though. I would just rather do it on day 2

Nope, never done a FE before I think a cut off of this weekend would be for the best, then it would give everyone enough time to assemble their gifts.

I've put the spreadsheet up on google docs here. It's public right now, but if anyone would like actual names I'll collect those and add them in and then lock it to invite only. Also let me know if there's any errors
