Feb 25-27 - so few options!

I'm trying to get a dinner reservations for Feb 25, 26, and 27 for a party of 6. I had some booked at my ADR 60 day mark, but 2 weeks ago my SIL and her son decided to join us for the last 3 days of our trip, and we can't expand our reservations to 6 people (shockingly I was able to change Space 220 from 4 to 6 people, but none of the others!). This is my SIL and nephew's first WDW trip and I really would like to have a nice dinner each night (we love TS restaurants).

We are stayning at VGF and SIL is staying at Poly. I have alerts set up through mouse dining for dinner at the following (we will either be at the hotel or in MK/Epcot at the end of each night, with park hoppers):

Steakhouse 71

Be our Guest

Story Book Dining

Skipper Canteen (my fav!)

Rose & Crown (7:30-9pm)

Narcoossee's

Citricos

Ohana

CRT

California Grill

Topolino's

Le Cellier

Any other places I should add to this list to increase my chances?
Are there certain places on this list that have a better chance of walk up than others? That's my back up plan.

For your Epcot days, you have a lot of options. You could try some of the World Showcase restaurants that don't typically fill up far in advance. Spice Road Table, La Hacienda San Angel, and Tutto Italia come to mind. All have good food and gracious service. Additionally, if you don't mind taking the boat from Epcot to the Swan and Dolphin, Il Mulino, Blue Zoo, and Shula's are some of the best restaurants on property and all often have openings.

I know what you mean. I am 2/28 to 3/4 waiting for so many of the same alerts. I think the princess marathon is making it difficult.

Have you tried making a separate adr for 2 at a time close to yours? You can always ask to be seated together or close when you check in. There is often more availability at lunch. Many of those restaurants have the same menu for lunch. You could do your big meal at lunch & have a lighter counter service at dinner.

And lastly, check randomly, don’t wait for
The alert from a reservation finder. Sometimes you get lucky. And many popular places open up the day before as people finalize their plans. Again, you might not find something for 6, but if you already have a spot for 4, you could check for 6 or 2, and just ask to be seated together.
