Feb 2017 date ???

I am wanting to come feb 22-26 but it is princess marathon and the crowd calendars say its a 8/10. How crowded is it during that time? I have been several times during marathon week and it has gotten more crowded in the last several years but is it on par to that? I can change my dates to the feb 25-29 but I don't really want to. Thanks for your opinions in advance.

That is also getting into Spring Breaks. 8/10 will be VERY crowded. We ended up doing a crowded trip one year and we had a great time but we are veterans and planned and planned and planned. It can be done and done well but it does look to be a very busy time.

this is about my 15th trip so while I have been several times and will have just gone in October I don't know if I can handle holiday crowds. I think its a bit strange that the princess marathon brings in that many people. The week 26th of feb and after is only about a 5/10 on the crowd calendar. As long as I am at magic kingdom on the 25th for my kiddos 6th birthday my dates are semi flexible. Thanks for your input.

Presidents Day is Feb 20, right? So a lot of schools have days off around that.

A lot of north east schools have that week off - presidents week.

Feb. 22-26, 2017 will be the end of the week that has included Presidents' Day (Feb. 20th). Many schools in the northeast are off that whole week. So the weekend prior is extremely crowded on the holiday, your dates will stick pick up quite a bit of crowds. If you switched your dates to start Feb. 25th (there is no Feb. 29th in 2017 so presumably you mean March 1st) would be lighter crowds. I can't speak for the marathon impact, though I believe I've read it doesn't add a huge crowd to the parks. Some NE schools will be on vacation that week, but much fewer than the prior week that includes Presidents' Day. We often go in late February a full week after Presidents' Day (so not the week including the holiday) and it isn't too bad.
