Feb 12 Pirate & Princess Party check-in!!!!

Change time to 9:10 since Dream along with Mickey Show start at 9:15 then we will have a good spot for the fireworks which start at 9:45

We'll be at the parks Feb 10-17, staying at Pop Century. We have three kids DD 12, DD 9 and DS 6. Plus our best friends and their 3 girls (6, 5, 3) are going too!

We've been debating getting tickets to the pirate and princess party, but wanted to wait and see a review first. (Only 6 more days until the first one, I think!)

You have twin boys? I'm an identical twin.

If you do decide to go when and where do you think we should put together a meet I was thinking maybe a good spot before the new parade.

We'll be there! Would love to read a review from someone going before us and maybe we can judge a great spot from there. I'll be there with my hubby and two boys (9 & 5) so we'll be checking out all the pirate happenings.

We're a twinny family too! My younger brother and sister (twins) will be coming with us on this trip. My hubby's two younger sisters are twins - identical and one of his sisters just had her twins 6 months ago - not identical boys! My mom blamed it on her talented ovaries and my sister-in-law likes to say that although she may have been pure luck her boys were well planned (with a little help from the doc!)

Hi there,
We'll be there on the 12th also.
It's my DH's 60th Birthday.
Two of my sons,my DILS and Grandkids will also be with us to celebrate.
We'll have a six yr.old boy and a 3 yr old boy and a 6 1/2 month old baby girl.
I ordered our tickets Dec.4th and got them in time to give as Christmas presents

I'll keep watching this thread for more updates too.

The Wife and I will be there, staying at the POP 2/9-2/15, her birthday is the 10th, Valentine's the 14th, P&PP right in the middle!

I'll be dressed as Capt. Hook, sans hook(I'll be needing both hands), but with my Darth Vader boots and cape (I also have a very nice handmade Vader suit I use for parties and guest appearances). I'll add a lightsaber if I can get away with it

How about meeting at 6:30 by either the Emporium or Uptown Jewlers, so we can get our pins first thing?

We've been the end of Feb before. I wore jeans, short sleeve shirt and at night a light weight jacket for the most part. (One day it was warm enough for shorts.) The friends DH and I traveled with though wore mostly shorts , but they did get cold a few times! So I guess it depends on your body!

I'm planning on carrying a variety of things to wear and layer. I always find it's cooler especially at Epcot at night and MGM sometimes too.

Sounds like a good idea to me, I haven't the slightest idea where to meet though I haven't been to a parade in MK yet, this will be my 1st.

Sounds like fun to me! I will be there for the P&P party on the 12th, too! We could meet over by Pecos Bills on the wall by the outside dining area. You can kinda perch on the wall, so you don't have to crouch on the curb. What about meeting at 9:45 at "The Wall"?
