FE gift?

I have seen this several times on the Dis and can not for the life of me figure out what an FE gift is ?

Fish exchange. On a Disney cruise, can swap gifts in little pouches that hang from their door. See the Cruise board for more info.

However, on other boards (budget board included), FE = Fantasyland Expansion. When I started seeing FE pop up on the budget board I was wondering why people were doing Fish Extenders at WDW now!
