FD starts 8/25, booked for 8/22 - 9/1 @ POP

That's what I get for gambling on the FD dates!! I was thinking of booking a three night room only for 8/22 - 8/24, and then starting the free dining package on 8/25. I've booked the package with 10 day park hoppers with the water park option, can I get the park tix on 8/22? I called Disney this am and the CM said the room and tix for POP for the three days was $1556, which doesn't sound right at all. Has anyone been able to book POP with FD?

Thought I would ask the experts about my options!!

I have not read that a single person has been successful in booking POP today...me included!

There is nothing at pop the entire month. The only values they have is the music and sports. I tried booking POR in a standard view. They only had garden and river. So we went with CBR.

You can pick up your tickets from your package early. But I'm not sure how early. I just know it can be done. When you call back you need to just get a room only for the first 3 nights. Then do the package for the rest of the time you are there.

There also may also release more rooms with the public discount on Monday.

I called to change my dates to 8/25 to 9/2, got the FD and am still at POP!!! She had a hard time getting it to work. I was on hold twice and the whole conversation probably lasted an hour. A few less days at WDW isn't going to kill me....or is it?????
