Is the deposit non-refundable?

Can you tweak the dates at all as airfare becomes bookable?

Does each adult in the room have to book a separate reservation or if I have 2 adults in my room can I book 2 rooms in my name for next year?

As far as I know the deposit is refundable if you cancel within a certain window? Maybe 45 days? And yes, I do believe you'd have to make 2 ressies with both adults, but again....may be wrong about that. And last year you could call and change the dates up to the last offer date (so I think the offer is being placed out in the rooms until the 24th, so you could make changes up until October 24th 2008 for the free dining).

Hope someone else chimes in that might know more about your questions(MBanks21?) LOL

The deposit is fully refundable if your ressie is cancelled by the 45 day mark for final payment. And yes....you can change dates/resorts, provided there is availability during the times you want to change to . But the dates have to fall within the BB dates to do so. For example, you can't book the free dining BB for dates in September next year and then decide you want to change your dates to November and still get the free dining. You CAN change your ressie to dates outside the BB offer dates, but you would lose whatever discount you had. Hope that wasn't too confusing . As for your third question....I would think you could book 2 rooms in your name since there's another adult in your room, but I'm not 100% certain as I've never booked more than 1 room . But I'm sure someone will come along with the answer for that one .

Thanks. I don't know why I had it in my mind this was a non refundable reservation. Or was I thinking that you had to pay if you made any changes? Anyway, I realize that "falling within the BB offer window" issue -
I was talking about changing my reservation by a day or two depending on airfare prices (right now I'm going to book Sat to Sat, but Fridays or Sundays might be cheaper).

Yes you can change your dates after the fact. This should not be a problem.
I got a 2007 BB offer for this year and changed dates and changed resorts... I had no issues! GL with your planning

There is a 45 window to make changes, but I think if you add no penalty. They are interested in more money coming in. Maybe if you subtract people or tickets or # of days they may enforce the penalty, which I think is $50.
