FCC additional percentage for 2021

So. Based on what seems to be the most likely path, there seems to be a fair chance that some or all of Jan/Feb 2021 will be cancelled. Is DCL still planning on offering the 125%/150% credit (assuming PIF) or is the plan to just ensure 100% credit? I can't find anything recent on what the usual offer now stands at.

AFAIK, currently (or at least up until now) is you get 100% refund OR 125% FCC. If you are paid in full. If you are not paid in full, you can only get the 100% refund.

Whether that process continues to be the "way things work" or not, no one knows. At some point, I would think, DCL will reassess their policy, but have no clue as to whether that's true, and/or when it will happen.
