faxing room requests

Does this really work?? Also, can you just e-mail it? Does anyone know the fax numbers (or e-mail if you can just do that) for GF and BC??? Please let me know as we have 3 days in counting and I can't find the numbers!! Thanks a bunch!

Room requests are done all the time. They usually are granted whenever possible but keep in mind that this is a busy time of year and your options may be more limited.

Thanks goldenoldie! Should we wait until the day we leave or 5 days before??? We are really just hoping to get connecting rooms with our friends.

...is that room assignments are done about 4 days in advance of arrival.

We've used the "fax technique," and found it to work about 50% of the time. We are fairly convinced that email would not work as an effective tool for successfully requesting a room preference.
