faxing request to POLY

When exactly should I fax my request again, 3 or 4 days? What number?

ok, so if I figure this out correctly, I went through a travel agent, so they should fax my request, that I want a non smoking 3rd floor room with a balcony in whichever longhouse I finally decide right?? but again if I also figure this out correctly, they should fax my request on Saturday and they're not opened on Saturday... so what should I do? I booked through at TA, so all requests have to come through them. Can they fax it over Friday before they leave??? or wait until Monday, which is only 2 days before I arrive??

My suggestion:

If you want the TA to do it, have them put the requests directly on the reservation through CRO/WDTC. This must be done prior to 5 days before arrival as the reservation will be downloaded by the resort on day 5 and CRO can no longer change the reservation. You won't find many TA's who will willingly fax your requests in for you.

Then you can fax in the requests yourself directly as a backup.

I want to make sure I do this right... so my TA has already requested just a non-smoking room for me. So then I can fax a request over on Saturday, that I would like Tahiti 3rd floor with a balcony? and it won't be a problem? They should be able to accommodate my requests (IF possible)

Thanks for your help... I'll call my TA on Tuesday to make sure they've put my request for a non-smoking room in already. Supposedly they did when they put my reservations through WDTC.
