faxing, and faxing,and faxing...

I've been faxing my room request to CSR for almost an hour. I called the resort directly and even got a second fax number. Still no luck. How long should this take? Any suggestions?

I have faxed the resorts 4 or 5 times and it has never taken more than about 1 minute! Maybe something is wrong with the line-try again later or tomorrow.

I finally got through this morning. Don't know what the problem was. Makes me nervous about my requests. Hope it comes out ok. Leaving Thursday and getting a little frazzled.

i would relax if you can't get through. Every time we have asked for something at check in it was granted.

We also did well with Disney magic and room upgrades at the moderates.

So let them sprinkle some pixie dust on your vacation and relax. You will have a great vacation.

Do they have an email address? When we communicate with concierge, email has worked a whole lot better than faxing... though in this situation you aren't dealing with a concierge. Maybe you could find out and follow up on your requests. Email is so much easier to deal with than faxes... faster too.
