I doubt Sem will be there that late. He usually works mornings and afternoons during the week with Fri and Sat off. Have you stayed HRH before? Are you a Loews First member? If you are gold or platinum you may be able to get something from Robert DeLuca. He is the new Loews First manager. You might want to try calling and speaking with someone before you go. At midnight there won't be any of the higher ranking people on property.

We can add 7099 to the list of deluxe club rooms. We received our request!!! Although it wasn't nearly worth the extra money to stay on club level, it was a very fun experience.

Congrats on getting the deluxe. I agree with you when you say club isnt worth much extra money. It's great if you can get it for free though! Is 7099 a deluxe king or two queens? I'm assuming the view was of the front entrance?

Better yet was the view of the water taxi area? That's my fave garden view location.

The room was a deluxe queen with a view of the garden area and water taxi.
