Lost In The Sound Of Seperation by Underoath:
It was probably one of the greatest albums that I've heard. The band has gone through so much and the lyrics reflect it. As far as vocals, the screaming has improved vastly and the singing has improved a lot. As far as instruments, the guitars are starting to get heavier, and the drums are just as amazing as ever. Best album of the year.
This War Is Ours by Escape the Fate:
Seeing as though they had recently dropped their lead vocalist and their rythm guitarist, it's freaking amazing. Their ne vocalist has such a bigger range than their former vocalist. The instrumental parts have gotten so much better. And seeing as though this band can bounce back from their vocalist being put in prison, it's amazing upon itsself.
I Swear... by Inhale/Exhale:
This is one of the better metal bands that I have heard. Their lead vocalist does all of the vocals for the band, and there are no back up vocals. Their music is nice to listen to. They're a Christian band, and they bring their message across in a nice way instead of shoving it down your throat.
Live In LBC/Diamonds In The Rough by Avenged Sevenfold:
This band is just amazing. Diamonds In The Rough is basically just a compilation of all of the songs that they didn't included on their self-titled album. And even though they weren't included, they were amazing. Their bass lines are beyond awesome.
