Favorite weekday lunch in Downtown Disney?

We're driving to DLR today!! and when we arrive, we hope to have dinner at the Tangaroa Terrace.
Before we head home on Wednesday, we'll have time for lunch in DD. Any suggestions?

This trip is for my daughter's high school graduation. She loves exotic/ethnic foods. (Her favorite things to cook are jambalaya, Asian stir fries, pot stickers.) And what we love most about Disney is the themeing. We love when we feel totally immersed. Her favorite rides are Splash and Pirates.

We've never spent much time in DD. What restaurant do you think she'll enjoy most?

I’d go for Tortilla Jo’s or RB Jazz Kitchen. I’ll probably be having lunch at Tortilla Jo’s today! You can check menus online in advance to see if there’s something you’re interested in.

I would suggest Catal or RB Jazz Kitchen for more ethnic foods and some theming.
