Aulani: Like: Atmosphere, beautiful surroundings & the lobby music
Dislike - Makahiki Buffet Restaurant food quality/options/service

Love - It is a home away from home for us. We have gotten to know several of the CMs over the years.
Do not Love - Leaving but do love seeing DW cry after every visit.

#1 dislike: Having to go outside to get a meal

AKV (Kidani Village)
Like: Animals, quiet, 2 bathrooms, general decor
Dislike: Getting lost on the floors, long hallways

Like: The grounds, decor, music and vibe. It's distance away is a positive for us.
Dislike: Currently, it is the lumps in the carpet on the fifth floor...I just want to scream and use a knife to patch it so it will lay down flat. When I see posts about negatives it is the first thing I see in my mind and it makes me shudder.

Like: Atmosphere, location and the close BC Solarium.
Dislike: Really nothing. Though patiently (?) awaiting rehab.

The resort them and ability to sit outside your room and watch the animals
Dislike- I feel the Value Rooms should have a booking category for the view. If I am able to book 11 mos out for a value room I would hope Id get the Savanna view over someone that booked the room at 7mos out.

Dislikes: needs updating, no true counter service

(pet peeve of Epcot resorts in general--why oh why can't there be a counter service like Captain Cook's?)

Love: Being able to get away from theme park chaos/mentality and relax, Artist Palette, zero entry pool, walk to DTD

Dislike: transportation and travel time to parks

Although a simple question, I find it’s very difficult to limit the answer to just one thing I love, or just one thing I dislike. Let’s try, however!

Like: Design, boat ride to Downtown Disney.
Dislike: Too big, takes forever for busses. I like the resort with one stop only.

Love: laid back, peaceful vibe, especially at the quiet pools
Dislike: resort size sometimes makes bus trans a necessity and that can be trying

like: std low point saver rooms. Proximity to two parks.
Dislike: room decor/bathrooms. Everything looks a little dated a a shabby. May change my opinion after the regard.

Like: proximity to MK.
Dislike: tiny studios. High point cost per room compared to BWV std rooms.

Dislike: Lack of studios... But this could also be the result of a potential positive, the resort is not very large.

Love: Proximity to MK and transportation options

Dislike: there are no privacy sheer on the windows. Your option is to pull the main curtain shut and have complete darkness or open and no privacy.

Love : close parking to rooms, laid back feel, theme, Artist Palette, Staff, Pools, DTD, availablity beyond 11 month window, amount of accessible studios.

Dislike : reputation , transport slow, slope up to Artist Palette from the Springs ( hard if disabled ) , non guests parking there and walking to DTD.

Love : bathroom, theme, staff, close to MK, fountains, view of fireworks

Dislike : lack of storage space in studio, disabled parking options, availability small due to size of resort.

Dislike in all DVC resorts : lack of second bedside table! Why! We end up doing some very strange things with trays from quick service and bins!

BWV:

Love - The proximity to EPCOT
Dislike - The grocery section that is available needs to be expanded. More like the area at the Beach Club.

OKW:

Love - The laid back feel and look of a real Florida Resort/Get away.
Dislike - Same as the BW, it needs to have an expanded selection of grocery items for sale.

OKW: My first love! I feel the magic every time of being "Welcomed Home"!
Likes: Two real Beds and lots of space in studios; also love being able to park close to room.
Dislikes: Some rooms are not well insulated and you can hear the buses well into the night.

BWV: My crown jewel! I always feel special and excited when I drive up to the porte cochere to check in!
Likes: Location, Location, Location! And the decor of the entire resort is so well themed.
Dislikes: Parking can be a pain when there is an event. DVC guests get pushed out to the far parking lots; also the rooms are NEVER ready early and sometimes not on time.

AKV (Kidani): A wonderful resort which transports you to another world and culture!
Likes: Club Level Access... the one reason I bought here! (OK, the animals and overall theme are pretty awesome, too!) Have to mention that BOMA and JIKO are equally amazing. Also really like the covered parking garage.
Dislikes: Savanna view rooms are becoming more disappointing with no actual animal sightings from our room the last 3 times we stayed there. (Seeing a few birds and rabbits, does not really do it for me!)
