Hi all!

I will be visiting Epcot in two weeks & I want to eat a snack at every country (to get a taste of all the countries)

What is your favorite thing snack? I hear there is candy in the Japan country inside stores so include those if you like them, and tell me the name of it!

Would LOVE to hear from all of you :)

I love the Kaki-Gori ices in Japan. I always get one after eating at the Yakitori House.

Oh my gosh tooooo many to name!

My new favorite is the Avocado Margarita from Mexico :cool1:

And my favorite family favorite is a baguette from France!

My two favorite things in Epcot have been mentioned...Candy in the Japan Store, and Kaki Gori.

My other favorite thing is anything in the Patisserie shop in France...my favorite is the Napoleon :cloud9:

Here are some of our favorites.

China: Caramel Ginger Ice Cream
Norway: School Bread and Sweet Almond Pretzels
Japan: Yamawaki Shiromitsu Karinto (baked cookies covered in sugar found in blue packaging in the Mitsukoshi shop)
France: cheese platter, chocolate mousse, creme brulee, napoleons, pretty much everything
United Kingdom: Turkish Delights found in the Twinings Tea shop and fish and chips
Canada: any of the maple candies or cookies in the gift shop

What can I say, we love to eat!:banana:

A must have for me is the giant soft pretzels from Germany-- these are not your normal "super pretzel" - they are dark and crisp on the outside, soft and warm inside- SO good!

Is there a kiosk anywhere in Italy that offers the tiramisu from Tutto Italia? I had heard there was, but I couldn't find it during my January trip.

As for snacks I have found, I particularly enjoy the bakeries in France and Norway. Both are quite wonderful. It's such a pleasure to buy a chocolate mousse or Napoleon and eat it while watching IllumiNations.

My DD (11) recommends the cinnamon rolls from the Kringa Bakery in Norway. I like the california roll in Japan. You could also get a churro in Mexico.

like many others, i love the kaki gori from japan. so good and refreshing on a hot day! the rainbow flavor is great!

Sweet pretzels in Norway! (I tried the school bread after reading all the rave reviews here and didn't like it at all!)

Anything from the bakery in France.

You are now able to get some super yummy looking jumbo cream puffs at Norway. I read about this on the Disney website. I am so excited to try this on our upcoming trip. Although I cannot confirm if they are included on the DDP snack list.

France: chocolate crepe

America: funnel cake (for DF, I don't like the stuff)

Mexico: tostones

Italy: cannoli

:woohoo:
