whats your must hit skyliner bar?

I'm by no means a WDW bar expert but I would have to put in a vote for the bar/lounge area at Topolino's @ Riviera for a few reasons. Decent drinks, and solid options on the starters menu (I'd vote for the Olives and the Ricotta). They will allow you to enjoy the outside views of the fireworks on the patio as a customer of the bar.

Bar Riva isn't too bad as a more casual spot to get a drink and some food

AbracadaBar or Flying Fish on the Boardwalk. Both have large cocktail menus, and Flying Fish lets you order from the entire menu.

Haven't tried it yet personally but Banana Cabana at CBR has a bit of a cult following. It's on my list!
