Gotta agree with LouisianaDisneyFan about Bistro de Paris. Also, although I don't think considered Disney Signature Dining, you could opt for bluezoo.

California Grill has to be our favorite. We love the food, the view is the best and we love to watch Wishes, then have dessert!!!

We just celebrated our 10th anniversary at California Grill. There was nothing like watching the fireworks from my table.

Our server was a bit of a snob, but oh well.

My vote would be California Grill or Brown Derby. DH and I went to Jiko for our Anniversary in April, we were a little disappointed. It is a beautiful restaurant, our server was great, but the food was not quite up to par for what we expected. However, both CG and BD which we ate at other nights were both great!

We have a one night trip booked in September and are going back to California Grill.....we can hardly wait!!!!

We did Jiko for our 15th anniversary and also for a birthday. Wondeful food and great service. Plus the restaurant is beautiful.

Hollywood Brown Derby is very nice also.

This year for our 20th we will be trying Artist Pointe.

Brown Derby is nice. We have to eat at Clai Grille and Citrico's every trip. They are both just wonderful.

In fact, our rehearsal dinner was at Cali Grille and our reception was at Citrico's.

I absolutely vote for California Grill. We had a 5:30 ADR...three kids (4, 6, 7) which is why we went earlier. The service was fantastic and the food was unbelievable. I had the goat cheese ravioli appetizer which was delicious and I had the pork tenderloin with creamy polenta for dinner which melted in my mouth...I am salivating just thinking about it. Wine list was great too. My husband said the sushi was the best he has ever had (and he's had lots!). They have one of the top ten sushi chefs in the world working there. My daughter had whole wheat pizza with provolone and devoured it (unusual for her); DS 4 had Mickey macaroni and said he needed another bowl and DS 7 had steak and potatoes with green beans and cleaned his plate. The server was so great not only with the kids but with us too. I highly recommend.

Narcoossee's was the absolute best meal in my entire life!!!! We had a later dinner time and our dessert was served just as Wishes started and they have the music piped in and we watched the fireworks as we ended a perfect meal.
