Favorite running tights? Short length for a short person?

I usually run in my Brooks pants when it is cold, but I need a pair of black running tights to wear under my Minnie print running skirt if it is cold for the WDW half. Anyone have any suggestions on an affordable pair? I'm thinking I might try a capri length since I'm so short? Running tights are gonna be too long for sure. Thanks for any suggestions!

I have several pair of Sugoi running tights, but they tend to be a little more pricey. I recently found a pair at road runner sports and they were very reasonably priced. Try their website, they have a pretty good selection.

I really like my Under Armour tights but my favourite pair I bought at Wal-Mart. I think their suppose to be a base layer but I've found they're still okay to wear out right now. I'll usually throw a pair of shorts on top though.

I am only 5 ft tall and just ran the Philly half marathon in under armor tights. They are a bit pricey but were great. They were a bit long but had elastic at the bottoms of the legs so you could sort of adjust the length, the little bit of extra "bunching" didn't bother me and they kept my legs the perfect temp for a 20 degree day.

I would suggest a product from RaceReady. They have short, tights, capris, shirts, skirt, you name it. Most of their products incorporate some mesh pockets all around the waist band for the extras you like to carry on a long distance jaunt! They are my race attire...period. The lovely wife and I both have several pairs of the shorts as well as the tights with the mesh pockets. They make it easy!
