Just a fun way to determine everyones favorite resorts and some that arent so good. Old Faithful being the resort that you always come back to and never dissapoints.

For me (Ill start by saying I dont stay at Value Resorts, not because Im snobby but at that price point Id probably stay off property).

Favorite Resort: Contemporary Resort. I stayed there as a child and was there quite often when I was a Disney cast member. Just classic Disney and I love everything about it. Cant stay there everytime because its quite expensive.

Least Favorite: Animal Kingdom Lodge. Had booked there many times but always changed it at the last minute. Finally went last year for 2-3 days for a Savannah view room. Had a bad room, bad cast member experience and found the rooms extremely small. Seemed even smaller than some moderates. NEVER AGAIN.

Old Faithful: Port Orleans French Quarter. Think I have stayed there at least 1 night for the last 5 trips to Disney. POFQ never disappoints and IMHO is a great hidden gem (although not so hidden anymore).

Anyone else.

Fav is probably the Poly. Just so many memories as a kid and it was the first place we stayed with my daughter. Love the theme.

Old Faithful is Wildnerness Lodge. Rooms are smaller but love the location and overall experience.

Haven’t really found a least favorite yet. I tend to stick with what I like.

Favorite (so far, as I've only stayed at the following three): Beach Club. That pool and the walk to epcot...
Least favorite: Coronado. I just wasn't a fan of it, even though some people love it. The construction didn't bother me, I just didn't love the layout.
Old Faithful: Port Orleans French Quarter. The only one I've stayed at multiple times. It's just perfect.

Favorite and Old Faithful is Boardwalk Inn. We always have a wonderful time there and love the fact that we can walk to two of the four parks. Least favorite is shared with Beach Club and Grand Floridian. Had an unfortunate experience and overall "not great" stay at Beach Club that has ruined both BC and YC for me and the Grand Floridian just doesn't do it for me ... nothing about it appeals to me and not sure if I would stay there if it were free .. okay if it were FREE maybe.

Favorite is the Yacht Club -love the pool, location and how light and airy the resort is
Lease Favorite is Animal Kingdom Lodge - same reasons as Monorail Man NJ. I will never go back except to eat at Sanaa
Old Faithful is POFQ - just love everything about this resort.

Favorite: Wilderness Lodge. It's so beautiful and peaceful. I love that you can see that Electric water pageant from (what used to be) the beach. The walking path to the campground. The guided tour you can take in the morning explaining the history and "story" of the lodge. Their CL is wonderful too.

Least Favorite: Caribbean Beach. I stayed once in April 2016, so before the construction began. Disliked the confusing walk from the front desk to the area where all the rooms are. I didn't stay in a pirate room, but was shocked when passing it on the bus at how far it was--and I'm a distance runner so I'm normally not fazed by "long walks around the resort!" Found the food court to be chaotic and unappealing. The hammocks were a nice touch but unfortunately were always already in use. I did eat at Shutters one evening and was pleasantly surprised--my food was excellent, friendly service!

Old Faithful: Boardwalk Inn. I also could have put this as "favorite." I just love the theme, the location...perfect! Actually, about a year ago I was taking that morning tour of the Wilderness Lodge and one of the other guests mentioned to me they used to have a similar type of tour for Boardwalk Inn, but they discontinued it. How sad! I would love to take an informational tour about BWI!

Favorite: Boardwalk Inn. The location and ambiance can't be beat. Unfortunately it's above my budget, so I've only been able to stay here once.

Least favorite: CBR or the All Stars. CBR is just too big and spread out, the All Stars because they've seemed a bit run down for the last 10 years. With the renovations they're undergoing now they might not be so bad, though.

Old Faithful: CSR and Pop.

Stayed at all DVC WDW resorts except VGF. And also stayed CRO at POR, CR, CSR and Pop. Fave resort is BCV and least fave is Pop and old faithful is BWV. Least fave DVC is OKW.

Favorite: Yacht/Beach Club....we love the area, the "smell" of the lobby, and the entire feel of the area!

Least: Caribbean Beach...we have tried twice and just don't like it at all

Old Faithful: POR...this was our first and usually every other trip. It feels like "our place" and we love the peaceful feel of the resort

*Trying WL for the first time - hoping for good things!*

Favorite/Old Faitful: BLT/Contemporary

Least Favorite: Boardwalk. RUDE staff. Not my vibe at all.

Favorites: Tied are GF RPC and Poly CL LV or TPV. Though we love both for different reasons, one common reason is the feeling we get being near the MK along with the fabulous views.

Old Faithful is the BC. I feel like my 2Dd15's have grown up there. I have pictures of them there as babies, toddlers, tweens, and now teens both with the same smiles and obvious love for the feeling we get at the BC. Just stayed there again last week and nothing has changed for us on how we feel.

Least Favorites: We are just not fans of spread out resorts and also resorts without a daybed. I know that puts a lot of different resorts in the mix, and I'm not saying we don't still like them, but they are just not at the top of our list.

Favorite -- would have to be AKL Jambo House given savannah view with all the great animals, and AKL has my favorite restaurants onsite; also very good fitness center.

Least favorite -- only because of the condition of the room when I stayed, I'd always have to say BC. However, wouldn't stop me staying there again if the price was right. But, in general, if I stay at EPCOT, it's at BWI--I like the decor better and the smaller hotel feel.

Old faithful -- although I haven't stayed at any resort that many times, I would say I would never hesitate to stay at POFQ--it's never too expensive for me even without any available discounts; it's quiet, has good bus service, and I love walking at the PO resorts.

Favorite-Beach Club Villas
Least Favorite-All Star Music
Old Faithful-OKW

All-time Favorite: Bay Lake Towers - stayed here for the first time back in April and fell in love with it. It has so much going for it - 8 minute walk to MK, Water light parade show at 10:10 every evening outside our balcony, rooftop view of the fireworks, super-easy access to the main Contemporary stores and restaurants.

Least Favorite - Old Key West - I was never big fan of the layout of the resort. My mother always stays here but I tend to avoid it.

Old Faithful - Beach Club, Boardwalk or Dolphin. The Epcot resort area is one of my favorite places. As a DVC and Starwood member I typically end up staying here most of the time. The solarium in the Beach Club is a great place to unwind too. My wife and I would always sneak into the back entrance of Epcot and get pastry in France each night.

Favorite - Wilderness Lodge - we love staying here. The resort is gorgeous.
Least favorite - Polynesian
Old Faithful - Beach Club - this is the resort we have stayed at the most times, We love the location and everything about staying here.

Favorite: Poly. I have so many lovely memories from when I was a kid. My adult career goal is basically to make enough money to never have to stay anywhere else.

Least favorite: Caribbean Beach. Maybe I didn't see it at its best this January with all the construction, but the construction was not really my issue. The customer service I experienced was awful. Bell services lost one of our bags, one with medical equipment in it, on top of it taking over an hour to get what bags were delivered to our room. It took another hour on hold to get in touch with someone about the missing bag. We had merchandise sent to the front desk so we could pick it up at 5 am when we left. No one knew what was going on at the desk. Far less than magical. Oh, and when we called to get a few extra toiletries they dumped off a plastic bag with like 10 of each product, which immediately went in my bag. No wonder they're changing to pumps if that's what all guests get when they ask for two shampoos and conditioners! I'm still using the soaps.

Old Faithful: Pop Century. Always solid, never have any issues here My only complaint about it is having to walk through the smoking area last time we stayed there to get to our room. If that's my only issue, we've got a winner.

Fav-Poly, stayed there growing up starting in 1975. Got engaged there in 1999. That was our kids first place they stayed at. It will always be home.

Least fav-The others I have stayed at, LOL! No not all of them. But each has a reason why I won't stay there again. All Star Sports-just didn't like it, it wasn't "home" but we did a split and the Poly was the 2nd half. Port Orleans (crud, which one??? It was Dixie Landings when I stayed there), it was OK, too big but between that and All Stars, I hated the exterior corridor. I like to be able to sit outside if I choose AND I like to open my blinds and there I feel like everyone can look in as they walk by.

Old Faithful is the Poly, hands down.

Favorite: Wilderness Lodge. It combines my two favorite places on earth: Disney World and Yellowstone National Park. I love the look, feel and smell of this resort and make an effort to at least visit here each time I'm at DW.

Least Favorite: I can't say that I dislike any of the resorts that we have stayed in and we have stayed at every value and moderate plus WL. If I had to choose one, I guess I would say All Star Music, because our room was a little rough and in need of some refurbishment.

Old Faithful: Either Pop Century or Port Orleans Riverside. We have stayed at Pop the majority of our trips, especially when our kids were little, and for the price, it can't be beat, especially with the new refurb. My family would pick to stay here every visit, but sometimes I have to overrule them and stay at a moderate to get away from the noise of the values. Port Orleans is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, and we have enjoyed our three stays here. We are currently booked at POP for a short vacation at the end of this month and at Riverside for a longer vacation at the beginning of December. :)

I haven't stayed at many... so for now at least,

Favorite: Grand Floridian (only stayed here once but absolutely loved everything about it.. being on the monorail is hard to beat).
Least: CBR (only stayed here once and it was during a construction time so perhaps not a fair assessment. Would probably stay here again to give it another chance).
Old Faithful: POR (for a family of 5, this has been the best bang for the buck plus its a nice resort that is spread out enough to feel more like an apartment vs a hotel).
