As you'll be able to tell below, when it comes to CS-the atmosphere is as important to me as the food. No matter how good the food, nothing tastes great being choked down stuck in the midst of a crowded chaotic mess lol!
MK: Huge ditto for Columbia Harbor House! The food is always wonderful/tastes fresh, and the seating upstairs is the most relaxed atmosphere of any CS I know on property*

AK: Flame Tree. The food is great, and * when the weather is nice, the outdoor seating by the water with a view of Everest is my FAVE most relaxed CS atmosphere

Epcot: Mexico CS. Loaded nachos are awesome to share. While a water seat has a pretty view (and nice breeze on a good day), it stays PACKED and it's kinda stressful to stake out an available table. Once seated, it's good.
Epcot: UK CS. We LOVE their fish and chips and beer!

There's an out of the way seating area to the right by the water. If a table is available (area kinda small), it's rather enjoyable & relaxing. My fave "spot" to eat at Epcot.
HS: My heart was broken when Starring Rolls closed! I'm not alone in thinking it was the only place for good HS CS

That said, Backlot Express is pretty good. Food is ok, with plenty of seating. It's typically not bad to find a table. And they're not shoved too close together.
HS: While this place is typically sub par

and the crowded/chaotic seating area gives me anxiety

lol I was "forced" to eat at Rosie's Cafe this past trip. My family was on my hit list for this lol!

I was surprised at how good their fried green tomato sandwich and pale ale was. It got my family off the hook

(The loud/complaining woman sitting next to us (not even eating) shoved under my arm pit stayed on my hit list til she left! lol

)
