I'm putting finishing touches on my Christmas week vacation, and I was just curious what everyone's favorite quick service restaurants are in all of the WDW parks and resorts? I'm staying at the Polynesian. Any recommendations for the quick service restaurants there? What are your favorite food items at these quick service restaurants? Here is a template you can follow to make it easier:

Magic Kingdom:
EPCOT:
Hollywood Studios:
Animal Kingdom:
Resorts:
Favorite food:

I can't remember exact dishes...my stand outs were Morocco, France and Germany in Epcot.

Animal Kingdom had many good quick services, although now they have an entire new area I haven't tried. Fried rice was a great snack, a lunch for me. Beef with a yogurt mint sauce on a flat bread. Other stuff that I can't remember but know I loved!

MK was the Columbia Harbor House - fried shrimp. Oh, I also liked our lunch at BOG. And Sleepy Hollow had some good stuff.

Boardwalk Bakery is always good.

Can't help with Polynesian, but we are staying there in October!

I don't think you need to plan down to the minute as far as quick service, wait and see what you are in the mood for that day! :)

MK - Columbia Harbour House, Cosmic Rays
Epcot - Electric Umbrella
DHS - Backlot Express

For resort CS, we love Captain Cooks (Poly), Roaring Forks (WL), and Mara (AKL)

Captain Cooks right in the Poly is pretty good as far as Quick Services go. We've also enjoyed Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary and Mara in AKL.

In the parks as others have suggestion in Epcot Tangerine Cafe is quite good. We also like the fish shop in UK. In AK, Flame Tree BBQ is just about the best quick service in a park. Great BBQ and the best onion rings on property. In MK we like Columbia Harbor House and the waffle sandwiches at Sleepy Hollow.

Our favorites in all WDW is AK - Flame Tree BarBQ and Epcot Sunshine Seasons and MK BOG. Will eat at Cosmic Rays if we need to find a quick spot at MK.

MK: Columbia Harbour House (haven't been since BOG opened)
AK: Flametree BBQ
Epcot: Kringla Bakeri
DHS: Backlot Express
Disney Springs: Wolfgang Puck Express
Resorts: Haven't tried one

MK - Pecos Bills - Nachos
Epcot - anywhere in WS but Tangeriene Cafe might be my favorite - anything
AK - Yak and Yeti - chicken fried rice
HS - Backlot Express - anything
Disney Springs - don't go there
Resorts - tie between AK Jambo and Poly don't really have a specific thing mostly like the atmosphere at both

MK- BOG, Cosmic Rays
EP- Tangerine Cafe, Les Halles
DHS- Starring Rolls, Trolley Car Cafee (Salads are huge)
AK- Flame Tree

I haven't really eaten at enough places to have favorites, but my sisters and I really enjoyed:

Magic Kingdom: BOG - braised pork, Sleepy Hollow - fruit/Nutella waffle, esp. when the waffle's warm and it's cold outside!
EPCOT: Yorkshire County Fish Shop - this was my sister's only food request for our upcoming trip
Favorite food: MK Dole Whip, Disney hot cocoa (I don't know what kind of magic they use, but it tastes so much better than what we make at home)

On the flipside, we thought the fried rice from Yak & Yeti was disgusting - super dry and over-salted. The only good thing was that we didn't feel too bad about throwing it away since it was on the cheap side. Most people seem to like it so it might have been an off day, but we won't try it again.

Hmmm, best/favorite QS eateries?
In our opinion . . .

Parks:
. . . EP:...Sunshine Seasons (FW)
. . . EP:...Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe Entrée Menu (WS)

. . . AK:...Flame Tree (good ribs)
. . . HS:...Backlot Epress
. . . BB:...Lottawatta Lodge
. . . TL:...Typhoon Tilly's
. . . DS:...Wolfgang Puck Express
Resorts:
. . . DEL:...Capt Cook's at Poly
. . . MOD:..Sassagoula Flatworks at POFQ
. . . VAL:....Landscapes of Flavor at AoA
. . . DVC:...Artist Pallette at SSR

^^Agree with all of RustyScupper's choices, but would add Katsura Grill to the Epcot list - tasty food in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

Magic Kingdom: Be Our Guest (lunch only), Friar's Nook,
Epcot: Les Halles, La Cantina de San Angel
Animal Kingdom: I have yet to find one that I really like their. I usually just snack when I am there.
Hollywood Studios: ABC Commissary, Starring Rolls Cafe, Sunshine Seasons
Disney Springs: Earl of Sandwich,
Resorts: Boardwalk Bakery (sandwiches), All Stars Food Courts are pretty good with lots of variety

Poly: Kona Cafe!!! Though technically not a QS, I've never had a problem walking up or doing a last minute reservation. I go every trip just for breakfast to get "The Somoan" no matter which resort we stay at.

MK: again..Colombia HH (anything you get there is great & never seems to be crazy packed)
Also Pecos Bills for a cheaper snack. Me and the family get something small and doctor it up at the huge fixins bar

AK: Caravan Road in Asia. Edamame or cold noodles on a hot day help get me goin again.

EP: I could never pick, I eat everywhere in WS, but if you sit at the bar at The Rose & Crown Pub you can order an awesome Scotch egg, fish n chips & bangers n mash w/out a resi:)

HS: All the Anaheim pop ups on Sunset Blvd, many options for every person.

WL: Roaring Forks. It's my fav QS in any resort, but I'm partial as a DVC family member who has grown up eating most of my Disney meals here:)
Hope you're excited for you trip and your food!!!

Magic Kingdom:
EPCOT:

Animal Kingdom:

Favorite food:

MK: Columbia Harbour House (DH gets their Salmon platter and I get the Kids Tuna sandwhich meal. Both are quite good). Sleepy Hallow for a waffle sandwich (strawberries, bananas and nutella...Yum!!)
EPCOT: Norway - Kringla Bakeri - Egg and leek pastry for breakfast.
Hollywood Studios: Starring Rolls Bakery (Chocolate muffin...who am I kidding, it was like chocolate cake for breakfast!!) Trolley Car Café has some decent breakfast sandwiches for a decent price.
Resorts:
**Wilderness Lodge - Roaring Fork has my vote for best QS breakfast (the Bounty Platter - Several resorts offer this, but theirs is the best in my book).
**Contemporary - The Wave has my vote for the best breakfast buffet. It offers a smaller selection of items (but still plentiful and they have Mickey Waffles), but the quality and freshness seems better than other breakfast buffets that I've eaten at. Also, it wasn't as busy as other places. We were able to walk right in and get a table.
**Captain Cooks - If you want to try the Tonga Toast, try it here. And you might want to plan to share it with someone. It's HUGE and quite rich/sweet/carby/filling. :)
**Disney Springs - Earl of Sandwich is my favorite quick item. Amorette's Patisserie has some good deserts that are sweet, but not overly sweet. I had the Viennese Waltz - Sachertorte, which was delicious, but not overly rich or sweet. I also had the chocolate chip cookie. I wasn't overly impressed with it. I'll stick to getting my choco-chip cookies at the Boardwalk Bakery.
