So we decided to cancel our Akershus breakfast ADR due to lack of interest from everyone. We plan to RD from the IG since we are staying at BC.

I Googled a bit and saw that the Cantina has some breakfast choices, as well as Norway and France. I'm wondering who has had a quick breakfast in WS and what did you like?

We really aren't picky when it comes to morning snacks.

ETA: We plan to eat after FEA. Thought that would be understood.

Go with whichever food sounds more appealing to you. Mexico will start you closer to Future World, but why not eat at your resort enough before rope drop so you don't waste park time?

We love the bakeries at both Norway and France.

Every trip, I pick up schoolbread from Norway at night and bring it back to the room to have with coffee in the morning. I pack Ziplock bags and put the plastic container they pack it in to keep it fresher.

I am not an early breakfast eater. I usually don't have anything until at least 9am :)

I was thinking about stopping by Boardwalk Bakery and getting something for the room. DH and DD will eat cereal bars and such, but I don't care too much for those unless it's an emergency!

School bread is on my list. Definitely want to try it!

Another vote for Les Halles. We have gone to EPCOT just to eat there and off to another park or resort. We also didn't care for Akershus.

I don't think Mexico is still available for breakfast. I believe they only did it for a short while. I would go to the French bakery. So much to choose from.

There is also the Starbucks at Epcot and the Sunshine Station in the Land. The French Bakery will be right there when you enter the IG. What rides are you trying to hit after rope drop?

For me, it would really depend on how much time you want to spend walking and eating at RD and where you want to go afterward. Personally, we LOVE going to Les Halles for breakfast (we usually stay at an EP resort). We aren't run-at-RD people so we love walking into WS from IG and sauntering over to France. We've done this many times and we are typically the only people there. It is so peaceful and so relaxing. The food and coffee are also really good! If you are more concerned with getting to the rides at RD, I would probably pick up some things from Boardwalk Bakery or the store on the Boardwalk and eat something in your room.

If you are going to have breakfast in WS, why Rope Drop?

Only after maximizing Rope Drop by first going on at least Soarin', Test Track, or Frozen Ever After would I suggest any of the place.

In order:
Les Halles has the better food.
Norway is alright, but fewer options.
Cantina.

Les Halles in France, although we usually don't go until after we hit a few rides at RD.

We are doing RD to ride FEA and meet the sisters. Then we will be looking for food.

So now the real dilemma - quality versus convenience.

If you're by Norway, this is more convenient than going towards Les Halles.

If you're by Norway, this is better than eating breakfast at Mexico.

Norway.
