Favorite places to use VKL vouchers?

We will be at WDW for 16 days and bought 10 VKL vouchers and several kids vouchers. Last year we used 4 VKL at LeCelliers and RFC. This year we want to be more adventurous! Any other suggestions/favorites? Thanks!

I like to know too Muffy. I have 4 of these vouchers and thought the Rain Forrest Cafe and Cinderella's Castle for lunch on Valentines day. If there are better suggestions I would love it

I know I'm not much help, but, LeCellier is our favorite place to use them. In 2004 we will also use them at Alfredo's and Liberty Tree Tavern.
