What are your favorite places to dine out where you can stay on program? I LOVE Cracker Barrel, so I looked it up on Dotti's Weight Loss Zone (www.dottisweightlosszone.com), and I discovered that a vegetable plate is a great low-point meal. Here's what I usually get:
mashed potatoes with NO gravy--4 points
macaroni and cheese--3 points
green beans--0 points
applesauce--1 point
All that for only 8 points.
If you do have some extra points, 1 biscuit is 5 points.
