Favorite Pixar Short Film?

With the recent release of Pixar's DVD of their short films, I just have to ask... what is your favorite Pixar short film?

I absolutely LOVE Lifted, the one shown with Ratatouille. I just watched it last night after Ratatouille and I cracked up even more than the first time I saw it. It's actually funnier than Ratatouille is, in my opinion.

My 2 absolute favourites are Boundin' with the little sheep. Aaaaanndd.. I think it's called birds. When all the birds are on the line, I believe it might have been for Monsters Inc.
