What is your favorite souvenir from WDW that you were able to get for a few bucks? Mine is the Guest of Honor badge that I stumbled upon at the Christmas shop in Downtown Disney. I can't wait to order them for everyone in my family that will be cruising/vacationing with us in Dec 06!

What/where have you found inexpensive goodies to bring home?

Probably silly.... but my antenna ball brings me GREAT joy everyday! :flower: I have my own collection, but the CASTLE ball will never go on the car. It's too special! :goodvibes

My Eeyore mug I got 4 years ago. No one messes with my eeyore mug, ever!

I think it was about $5. This year I'll look for the rest of the set.

First, I would say photographs. Second, I agree with antenna topper. I purchased my first one this past June. It's the 50th anniversary celebration Mickey with the gold sparkly ears. I love seeing it on my car!

DS16 likes his old-fashioned Mickey mug. Although it wasn't cheap--$12.00--i like our 2005 Where the Party Never Ends photo album
Lots of fun arranging the pix & it stays out on a table for happy memories! :earsboy:
Really inexpensive-I like the events calendar! ;)

Ours is our dated Photo Album. Every once in awhile my little guy pulls them out and knows what year pictures we are looking at with the date on the cover.

I also love the antenna toppers - I have a great collection that keeps getting bigger. I also like to get pens.

Well, I collect key rings! They are inexpensive, easy to pack and you can get them everywhere. I have an assortment from all over the world tacked up on my bulletin board. :cool1: When friends go away, they know exactly what to bring back for me. ;) People are always stopping by my office to see what I have that's new :p

I never have to worry about replacing my key ring since I always have lots of extra ones to choose from. Needless to say, my Disney collection continues to grow and grow! :earseek:

What do you define as inexpensive?

My favorite I think was the pearl and ring setting I got in Japan at Epcot. It was 13 for the pearl and 30 for the ring.

Along with pictures I love keeping and reading the park guide maps. Over the years it's interesting to see all the changes. Cheap souvenir too!!

I always get a magnet when I travel so I have one from each of the parks. I also collect Christmas ornaments. Last year's was my favorite, since I already had one from each park I got my ds his baby's first Christmas ornament from the Christmas shop in Magic Kingdom (I don't remember the name of it). They even personalized it, it's beautiful. I don't think it was more than $20. The CM's in that store were great, too.

we bought two "danglers" for about $4 each. They are figures attatched by a bent wire attatched to a suction cup. I hope that makes sense! We got a Mickey and a Tink - one for each car.

I always get the refillable mugs from the resorts. We get a lot of drinks while we are there but then have something to bring home that we will truly use. I think our resort mugs are starting to outnumber our regular cups and glasses!

Also the "It's My Birthday" buttons when we have birthdays (which is often because it is the reason that we go at that particular time).

This last one is going to sounds REALLY cheap, but I always ask for one of the free gift boxes when I buy anything. The boxes are so colorful and cute!

We especially love the pressed pennies--and it only costs 51 cents per. My DD11 likes to hunt down new ones on each trip. We have been saving shiny pennies for our upcoming trip... :earsboy:

My husband thinks I'm nuts, but I have a diffrent antena topper on each of my cordless phones in the house. He won't let me put one on his truck though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a couple stashed in the glove compartment in case someone borrows mine.

It amazes me how many Mickey's are on the cars now day. Makes me smile everytime I see one. Also feel that whoever is in the car is someone I share some magic with. :bounce: :earsgirl: :earseek:

I forgot, on our honeymoon, 16 yrs ago, we got a rug in Moracco, just a small area rug, probably really a prayer rug. I don't remember how much it was, but it couldn't have been much or we couldn't have afforded it at the time. It's been at the foot of our bed for 16 years, and means a lot to us.

I like the food items....Mickey pasta, Mickey shaped crackers, Disney Princess cookies, Princess or Hero's hot chocolate....things to open during the year.

We save the hot chocolate for our first snow. Have the crackers served with cheese on New Year's Eve...etc.

The coloring books are a favorite of ours. For $4 or $5 they have them for all the parks. Very cute.

My fav souvenir that I have to have on every trip is a Christmas ornament. I love having that memory of when it was bought when hanging the ornament on my tree or putting it out for display.
