Favorite HHN House--2010

As Halloween winds down, thought it would be fun to get everyone's take.

Personally, gave it to Hallowed Past, in a close race over Hades and Catacombs. Nostalaga may have been a factor, but a cool house, some nice scares, and plenty of detail. I'd single out Havoc as most improved. Kind of a cliched setting, but the dedicated scareactors really made it work as the month went on.

I liked Hades the best. I did it multiple times and it scared me like crazy every single time.

I think I have a biased opinion though.

I only got to go one night and Hades was the only one I did multiple times.

I liked HHN's Hallowed Past also.Alot of eye candy for the HHN lover in ya' if you have been more then once.For us,give or take,we have gone at least 10 times over the years!!!!

Thanks for posting Jason...you beat me to it.

The Hollow'd Past overcame PsychoScareapy as my favorite house this year which was a close second...but Hades was right behind in third.

Had to vote for Hallowed Past as, during my visits, it seemed that the Scareactors in that house were the most consistent when it came to being on their game every time we went through the house.

Had I answered yesterday, I might have said Hades because it had some great scares when the Scareactors were really working it, but tonight, it was so disappointing and not frightening at all due to the lack of energy from the Scareactors.

Catacombs and Havoc follow very closely behind.

Most disappointing house would be Legendary Truth - the concept was great, but the execution made it disappointing as the reset time for many of the scares was just too long, resulting in too many trips through the house without any decent scares.

I'm gonna have to go with Catacombs: Black Death Rising. I'd love to see it come back again in some form.

First visit ever to HHN. My favorites were;
1.) Horror Nights: The Hallow’d Past
2.) Hades: The Gates of Ruin
3.) Catacombs: Black Death Rising

I didn't get Legendary Truth: The Wyandot Estate at all. The theme would have made it my favorite, and the outside of the house was great, but I walked through it two times and never saw ANY special effects at all? No scares either. Just an empty house really.
