Favorite Dinner Pre-MVMCP?

Where is your favorite place to have dinner before MVMCP? I know everyone probably has traditions, so if you wouldn't mind sharing I think it would be fun to hear about them!

Prior to both MNSSHP and MVMCP, we ate at LTT, and this year we've scheduled to dine there again prior to MNSSHP. I guess it's now a tradition for us!

We love the festive atmosphere and the delicious food. The character interaction is great too!

I've been to two MVMCP and both times have eaten at Crystal Palace. We were allowed to stay at the restaurant until they opened the park up. Then we hit the picture spots, etc with no waits because we were among the first in the park. It was a lot of fun!

My DH and I eat at CRT before the MVMCP. It is very nice, especially if you can get a window seat, to watch as the sun goes down or watch the fireworks from the Castle. It is a great way to start the party!

We would like to be finishing dinner just before the party starts what time should i be lookiing at for our PS? I also need to know if they will admit you early for dinner resv. with the MVMCP pass i don't want to lose a hopper day just to have dinner? Thanks this will be our 2nd Xmas time visit and last year when we were there i had the flu and we arrived to late in Dec. to go to MVMCP so it on the top of the to do list.

Last year we had PS for CRT at 5:40 and it worked out just right. They had lines open for MVMCP people and we finished dining in plenty of time for the party. We are hoping for the same timing and restaurant this year when we attend.

We tend to wait and just eat dinner at one of the restaurants that is open during MVMCP.

We were hoping to get to California Grill for our dinner before MVMCP. If we can't get reservations before 6pm (I believe the first start at 5pm), we'll end up eating near our resort. We're staying at BWV, so there are plenty of choices including Kimonos at the Swan (one of our favorites).

This will be our first MVMCP and we're so excited!
