favorite car toys for 2.5-3 year olds?

I am looking to get DD some new toys for the car for christmas. She is 2.5, so I am looking for something to entertain and 2.5-3.5 year old. Any ideas?

My daughter lovers her Doodle Pro (travel size Magna Doodle). It is about $7 at Target and they even come in Disney Cars designs (one has Lightning McQueen, the other has Mater).

We bought portable DVD players from Target for each headrest. They we're $199 for both. They both play the same movie and can be used with or without the headsets.

This is the best car activity as my boys don't say a peep when we put on one of their favorite movies
