OK let me fins eh up the second day!! LOL
So after lunch we finally get into DL. Funny as i have been getting older my speed and desire to get from point A to point B
has slowly been getting slower. My knees,back shoulders and neck just do not have the flexibility like they use to
I count my blessings everyday that I can continue to go to Disney and still walk and get around on my own, I see the people
every trip in the EC V's, and it worry me that's going to be me one day, and maybe it will you just never know, but right now
i can walk around with tons of pain, but walk at that. I am bless that my DS has all the patients in the world(at least for me)
and is in no rush to get around and likes to take breaks.
Well we took the monorail in to
the park from DTD. I found out the CM's working the gates at the monirail have just a bit of a adtute! LOL Its not that bad really
they really go out of there way to go as slow as possible when opening the gates to get people in, and really to do anything in
general. I mean extremely slow like they where almost putting on a show of that matter. It was quite funny at times, just my thought.
I don't like the monorail s in DL as much as WDW. The monorail in DL remind me of the ones here In Seattle, they treat them as a novelty
more then a fourm of transportation. The Cars theme are funny thats a nice treat, but you would of thought they could of added a stop iN
CA, have them connect with the three hotels, maybe have them connect to the parking lots. The ride from DTD to DL is pretty cool, it takes you through
fantasy land and tomrrowland, lots of turns!!.
Well we got off and the first ride we went to was the Nemo sub ride about a 45 min wait. I have not been on this ride since it was the 20,000 legue
under the sea ride. Its the nemo ride at WDW with out the aquarim to walk into off the ride. They should of left it the 20,000
leg ride. I thought they could of done alot more with the ride, but it was fun. We got through it and was off to smoke break.
The park closes at 8 to night so not a heck of a lot of time and we plan on takeing in world of color tonight. We made our way over to
New Orleans square, on the way we stop at its a small world. Jason will go on this ride once a trip with me, i try to do
it another once or twice, i just love that ride. Well we walk by way of Big thunder Mt rail Rd, got a FP for that, another smoke break.
After that we made our way for POTC,yes we go on this ride a lot. Today It was about 45 min wait,thats ok,bring it on we are in
After POTC we where off to have our mint tulip,really can you do NOS and not have a mint tulip at least once a trip??,
I dont think so. Jason even like it and he does not like mint that much. Break over we made our way over to Haunted Mansion
huge line today, i think at the end it took us a hour to get through it. Well we had to start thinking about getting over to
CA. We made our way over to BTMRR and use our fast pass, and then off to CA. We went over and watch the Aladdin show the 6:20
showing. This is a don't miss show, the genie is hilarious, they let him free lance a bit reall adds to these shows. We took a break then went over to
Soaring and then to world of color. We got there a little late and really could only see the the films that where higher up
on the water. It was still fun, but we where so tired, it was Mickey D's on the way back to the room. The thing i look forward and dread
with Disney trips, is how tired you are at the end of the day. Your feet and legs feel like they weigh a thousand pounds LOL.
Its a love have relationship LOL. Well tomorrow brings us to our first non Disney Day, all day at Knots berry farm and
scare farm night. I have not been here since 1990, this will be the first time for my DS at KBF. So kind of excited
the scare farm i don't know?? we will see.
