Fastpass?

I remember in the past you could get in line for a fastpass 10 minutes to your time. Is that still true?

Its generally 5 minutes before and up to 15 minutes after. I had success when I was there a few weeks ago getting in 10 minutes before but different rides were different. Some scanned green at 10 minutes and some places the CM would say we were early but let us on anyway.
