How soon after the park officially opens are you able to obtain a FASTPASS for an attraction? How do Extra Magic Hours affect this?

You can get a fastpass as soon as you get there. Most of the time the fastpass machines are operable during EMH. You will be able to get one during EMH as soon as you arrive at the machine as well. If you get one right away (or at any time), you will not be able to get another set until your fastpass window opens up (the time is on the fastpass).
