Fastpass Split Stay question

Hey all - I have a bizarre vacation planned for this July. 4 nights on DVC points at Kidani, 7 nights offsite with my in-laws and the whole extended family, then 4 nights at Coronado in a new tower room. We have bought 10 day passes, because they spanned the 14 days before expiring.

We plan on using 4 days with DVC, 1 day when we are with the extended fam (they aren’t really into Disney, but I convinced them we should all do Epcot) and then 4 days with the Coronado nights.

Question now is, how in the world is my fastpass reservations going to work with the change in rules?

Thanks all.

Just plan on:
Booking Kidani 60 days out from check-in
Booking Coronado 60 days out from check-in
Booking offsite park day 30 days out

This.

You'll basically have 3 fast pass windows, with the two on-site stays booking 60 days from check-in at the hotel and lasting until check out day. Then you'll have to wait until 30 days out to book FP for the time period you'll be offsite. That's how I understand it to work under the new rules, anyway.

Stinky.

We booked the Coronado days with the plan to get our hard to come by fast passes for then. I don’t really care about the Epcot day, because there will be a bunch of us and I just did Epcot on a whim when we had flight cancellations from a conference this month and we got all the fast passes we needed the morning of.

Thanks!

This new rule is basically the same as the old rule for your Coronado stay. With a multi-day gap between Kidani and Coronado, you would have booked Coronado at 61-days out.

You are only shorted a day.
