Fastpass selected experience

Hi I have a family of 4
I made my fastpass selection for TSM in Hollywood studio coming Thursday but didn't realize that only one people was involved, tried to change it to 4 ppl but got error saying they ran out fastpass for TSM.

Tonight I went to my resort front desk , explained my situation, the staff then gave me hard copy of " selected experience" for the other three of us, I am told we can use of this paper for any ride ,once that day. ( this way whole family can go, but on the system i may still see only one person selected)

Have u heard of that?
