I’m going in May! My selections begin May 13. My question is there anything I need to do to make sure me and my mother are linked? We both show up, but when I did a test it said tickets not found tickets needed something along those lines. Everything seems linked but last time I did this I did it for a solo trip. Wasn’t sure if its something I should call to make sure we are set as id rather not find that out at 7am! Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you both show up and you both purchased tickets then it should work at 7am eastern at your 60 or 30 day mark depending on if you are staying onsite or offsite.

On your desktop, go to MDE on the Disney website and bring up your plans. Once there, scroll down to where it says Tickets & Memory Maker. Look to see that you and your mother have tickets linked to your name. If you do, then all should be good on your FP day.
