FastPass limit reached?!

I made a set of FP+ reservations this morning for MK. Then, I decided to go back in and make reservations on a different day (a day we were originally just going to have as a non-park day). When I went to do it it came up with: "Notice! The following guests will be removed from the party" and listed all 6 of us. When I clicked on info to see what was going on it says that "Fast Pass limit has been reached"

So what the heck does that mean?

Can you only book 3 FP+ in a day, even if it's for separate days?

Limited to the number of ticket days.

For AP holders, limit is 7 days or length of on-site stay.

If neither if these apply to you, you might call IT to see what is up.

Oh..... crud. Yeah, we have 5 day tickets. And we can't add on extra days until we get to Florida since we didn't buy our tickets as part of a package. So much for advance FP at HS.

I did the same thing - got a good deal on 5 day tickets but will add more days once we use them once. What I did was pick the "must do" for our group - A&E, 7DTM, Belle, TSMM, Splash - and on the other days we will wing it until we extend our tickets and try to get FP+ then. I was bummed at first but realized that as long as we had the the ones mentioned above we would be ok.

If you're doing a day at AK, delete those FP+s and book your DHS day. When you arrive and can add a day to your ticket, make your AK FP+s then. AK has plenty of availability for everything even the day before. DHS is more of a gamble, especially if you want to ride TSM.

For AK we FP+ the safari, Lion King and Kali.
For HS, I really am not sure what we would FP+ besides Toy Story, probably Frozen Sing a Long and Indiana Jones.

We will have a DAS card though, so just remembering that, I would imagine it won't be that big of a deal at HS or AK.

These should all be available a couple days before, or even the day before. So just add them when you add the day to your ticket.

None of your AK choices are going to be hard to obtain even the day before, maybe even the morning of. But TSM can be problematic to wait for, unless you want to go in the evening. I'd switch my FP+s to DHS and wait to book AK until after you upgrade your ticket. I've done this in the past and was able to get all my AK choices without a problem even the day of.

We'll also have the DAS card which is why I am not worried too much about not having FPs set up on some days. For DHS I did TSMM, Frozen and Little Mermaid (we have 2 princesses with us this trip ). Would've done F! but couldn't because of the tiers. We've never had any problems getting into any Epcot or AK attractions.
