I was able to get a 9:40 AM Flight of Passage FP on the last day of my trip. I also have a 12:30 Festival of Fantasy Package Lunch ADR in the MK. It's a morning EMH day at AK and I am very much a morning person. I also plan on having the Express transportation if it is offered in September.

I have the following FastPasses:
9:40 Flight of Passage
10:50 It's Tough to Be a Bug
11:50 Primeval Whirl

Will this work?

1. Arrive at Animal Kingdom early (7:00ish?) for morning EMH, try to be at the front of the turnstiles.

2. At opening walk quickly to Navi River Journey and ride. As time allows I'll also ride Expedition Everest and Dinosaur.

3. At 9:45 use my FP at Flight of a Passage. Immediately after tapping, move my It's Tough to Be a Bug to as early a time as possible.

4. When my ITTBAB time rolls around tap at that turnstile, skip the show.

5. Immediately try to move my Primeval Whirl FP to as early a time as possible. When that time comes up tap the turnstile, skip the ride.

6. Immediately try to get a 4th FP at the MK for later in the day.

I chose ITTBAB and Primeval Whirl because both seem to have lots of FP times available in the mornings. I would be fine watching ITTBAB if my Primeval Whirl FP is that far out but also enjoy just wandering around at AK. I will definitely NOT be riding Primeval Whirl! I have another afternoon planned at AK with a ROL ADR at Tiffins and a sunset Kilimanjaro Safairi FP.

What do y'all think?

You can just not book a 2nd and 3rd FP at AK, and as soon as you tap for your FoP FP, you can book 2 more rides at MK.

You should have no problems RDing NRJ, Dino, and EE in less than an hour. Should be able to get out of FoP in time to make the 10:30 express bus to MK, but if not, the 11 for sure.

NRJ is pretty easy to RD on it's own, so you probably don't need to get there that early unless you really want to. If you do get there that early, I might consider trying to do FoP at RD so you can ride it twice. Assuming you are among the first 100 guests or so in the RD pack you should be on and off before the NRJ line builds to more than 5-10 minutes, and still get over to EE and Dino with no waits.

I thought you can only book one at a time if its for a different park.

Post #4 from the FP FAQ Addendum (red emphasis added):
PARK HOPPING

Booking a FP+ for another park while in the first park:

(test credit to @marciemi)

When 3 FP+ are booked for Park #1:
With the new updates to the FP+ system as of April 2016, in addition to booking your 4th FP+ of the day on your phone (instead of a kiosk), you can now book FP+ for a different park than the one you’re in. If you have booked 3 FP+ for the first park, as soon as you scan at the first touchpoint to get in the FP+ line for your third FP+, you can then make a 4th FP+, either for the same park, or for another park. Be sure to allow yourself enough travel time for travel between parks when selecting your time.

When_2 or less FP+ are booked for Park #1:
Additionally, the new changes allow you to book fewer than three FP+ and once you scan the first FP+ (from within the first park), you can at that point make FP+ selections for a different park, even if you still have a FP+ remaining in the first park.

This can be especially helpful for Tiered parks – if for example you wish to hit Epcot at rope drop, use only a Tier 1 FP+ and then still have 2 more FP+ for another park later in the day.

Additionally, there is no restriction on Tier requirements BETWEEN PARKS during one day. So if you use a Tier 1 at Epcot you can then book a second Tier 1 at HS immediately upon scanning – Also, you can even book your remaining two FP+ at two different parks if you would like!

NOTE: Splitting FP+ between parks or booking for another park can NOT be done until the same day, AFTER you have already scanned your card/MB at the first FP+ Mickey head to “prove” to the system that you’re in a park.

You cannot book for 2 different parks in advance or even on the same day until you have scanned your first FP+ (not just gotten into the park).
