When can I begin making fastpass reservations for the off-site stay?

Thank you. I am hoping others will weigh in as well, as I *think* I have read that you can make fastpass reservations for all days of the off-site followed by on-site on the 60 day mark before the on-site stay.

That wouldn't make sense. The 60-day window is for onsite guests only. Your onsite stay is the only portion valid for that benefit. Others will tell you the same .

As long as you have purchased and linked tickets separately, 60 days prior to your check-in day of your onsite stay the FP booking window opens and includes all of your offsite park days.

Don't book a package and you'll be able to pre-book for all of your offsite park days when your 60-day window opens.

Sorry to be dense, but how can their window open at 60 days when the first part is offsite? It should open on the first day of their onsite stay which is the second half...I've never heard of the FP window working retroactively...?

Huh. Maybe it does now. We have APs and are booked next for December 11. I just tried making fastpasses for the end of November, which is outside of 30 days but within the 60, and we don't have a stay booked during that period. It totally let me do it. That seems new? Isnt that a loophole of some kind then for people to be able to book outside of the 30-day window and stay offsite as long as they have one stay booked onsite?

It isn't new. It's how MDE's FP system works with separately linked tickets.

A linked valid ticket always has an open 30-day window. When an onsite room is linked, the window expands at exactly 60-days before the check-in date. Disney can't limit the window because a guest can enter a park at any time with a valid ticket; it doesn't matter if it is between 30-59 days before the onsite stay begins.
