Fastest Route: WL to GF?

What is the fastest way to get from the Wilderness Lodge to the Grand Floridian? How much time should I allow? TIA!

If you have a car, then driving will be your fastest way, otherwise, get to the MK and then take the resort express monorail. I would give this 30 minutes.

Via WDW transportation, I think the bus to the TTC and the monorail from there to the GF would be the fastest route.

Or you could take the little boat (FW, WL, CR) to the Contemporary and catch the monorail from there. Don't know how long to allow, though--would depend upon connections.

I'd take the boat from the WL dock to the Magic Kingdom, then walk over to the smaller boat that goes from the MK to the GF.

30-35 minutes should do it. Maybe less if you hit it right.

Take the Bus to the MK. Goes from WL to Poly. to GF. Most direct, otherwise you are stuck waiting for another bus/monorail/boat.

Wow, so many different opinions. Of course a car would be the quickest. Other than that I'd say definitely the resort boat from WL to CR, and the monorail from there to GF. We have done if before. Here is why. One, it is a lot more fun than taking any combination of buses. Two, it is probably the quickest. The boat from WL to MK (can take as much as 30 min) and boat from MK to GF (up to another 20 minutes) could be long, depending on how long you have to wait for boats. The whole bus connection could be similarly long, depending on waits. The WL boat to the CR is a very short ride. The wait for that boat generally isn't any longer than the wait for the MK boat. The monorails run very regularly and would be a relatively short wait. If the monorail is running without delay the whole trip should be not longer than 30 minutes or so. Combine that with the fact that you get a boat ride, you get to walk through the CR, and you get a monorail ride. It is not only efficient, but fun.

When we stayed at th WL they shared a bus to the AK and BB. we just got off the bus at the GF.
