Faster than expected

Our resale points posted to our account way faster than I expected!!

We were already members but this was a new UY for us. Our other contracts have a June UY and this one is March.

We got the email that our contract closed on Tuesday, I didn't see it posted on the Orange County Comptroller site until Friday.

The points are in my account as of today (Sunday)! I logged in to check something and the points are there. Since it is a different member # we have a drop down menu to choose which member # we are using.

I just made a reservation using the points for October and will be able to make a reservation for December when the 7 month window opens on Tuesday!

That's very impressive. I got word I had closed on Friday the 9th, and the deed posted on Tuesday the 13th. Points were posted to my account yesterday. It does seem like they're moving a little quicker.

We closed the same day, deed also recorded the same day.. No points yet tho..

Update: they must have put them in late last night!
So happy, was getting worried!!!

I was shocked! I was actually confused when I logged in and saw 2014 points available (because we already used the ones from our current contracts) it took me awhile to figure out what had happened!

Awesome news congrats on the new purchase! I just bought a contract and it was exactly 58 days from the time I signed the contract to the time the points showed up in my current account. And now I just want to buy more...how do you get this cycle to stop lol
