Fast way to checkout FW cabin then checkin WL, then off to Seaworld

On Black Friday we are doing this. Is this the fastest way?... Have Bell Services pickup luggage at cabin. Walk out of cabin, take purple bus to Settlement Depot. Walk to boats and take first one to WL. Green & Blue boats both stop at WL before 3pm, correct? Checkin WL, then Uber/Lyft to Seaworld for the day. Uber/Lyft back to WL that night.
I'm wanting to request a certain view in our bunk bed/courtyard room. So that's why I think I should go there in the morning? Or can I call Disney and request this info, checkin online, and avoid going to WL until that night? Then I would take purple bus to Outpost, then U/L to SW from there...

Your room has already been assigned before you ever walk into WL, about 3-4 days I think. Online check in requests appear to not be working you can call or fax in your request.

It has been widely reported that faxes are not read any longer.
OP you can call the Main Reservation line and have your request added to your reservation. That is the best way. But a request is just a request and never guaranteed

I think the only reason Disney accepts any kind of room request is only to create the illusion that they care, I don’t think they ever even look at them

Definitely not true. We get our request 90% of the time. But they are reasonable requests. We request bottom floor a lot, which is an odd request, and we usually get it. So I know they’re reading them.

Thanks! I've made the room request over the phone. About to do online checkin. I'll just get Bell Services that morning, then head to Seaworld.
